Emotional eating has nothing to do with willpower.  Emotional connections towards food has a tremendous impact on: life, health, self-love and body image. For fifteen years, starting in her days as a chef, Maria has helped hundreds of women of all ages change their relationship with food and body image. 

Our relationship with food can become so overpowering that it can take over our inner thoughts to the point that food and our physical appearance take front stage in our life. Everything becomes about the food and how we look and feel! Learn to listen to the body, to the emotions that drive habits and never ending “guilt trip conversations”.  Every single diet works if it is followed; it is not about the diet. It is about rewiring the way our thoughts and feelings connect when it comes to food. It is about teaching our emotions to cope in different ways and teaching our mind how to listen to our bodies so we can live at peace and truly enjoy food while feeling confident in our own skin.

 

Maria works with low and higher risk clients. She has developed a name for her work with high risk teens where she insists on the accompaniment of medical professionals.
